We are located inside Westfield Manukau City, near the food court. There is plenty of parking at the mall, and we always have a large selection of freshly made arrangements and adorable pot plants ready for you.

 

Britomart Store - Britomart Florist

Our Britomart store is located at 47 Customs Street East, has over 30 years of experience providing people with fresh flowers and gifts for their special day. Britomart Florist has been located in the heart of Auckland City, opening first in 2003 at the Britomart Train Station.

Delivery Cost

All our products have an additional $10 AUCKLAND CBD / $15 AUCKLAND REGION delivery fee for deliveries within Auckland, as we contract with independent courier companies.

For outer areas, our delivery costs are: 

  • Fringe Outer South Auckland (Whitford, Clevedon, Brookby, Karaka, Runciman, Ramarama) - $22
  • Outer South Auckland (Pukekohe, Waiuku, Tuakau, Pokeno, Bombay, Waiau Pa, Clarks Beach, Ararimu, Hunua, Kawakawa Bay, Orere Point, Beachlands, Maraetai)  - $30
  • Outer North Auckland (Arkles Bay, Army Bay, Coatesville, Gulf Harbour, Hatfields Beach, Okura, Orewa, Paremoremo, Red Beach, Silverdale, Stanmore Bay, Stillwater, Whangaparaoa) - $30
  • Outer West Auckland (French Bay, Henderson Valley, Herald Island, Huapai, Huia Road, Kumeu, Laingholm, Muriwai Beach, Oratia, Riverhead Township, Scenic Drive, South Titirangi, Swanson Rural, Taupaki, Waiatarua, Waima, Waimauku, Waitakere, Whenuapai) - $30

Pick-ups: If you want to order online and pick up at one of our stores yourself, there will be no delivery fees charged. Simply choose the "pick-up" option during your check out. Our store hours are listed above. 

Delivery Times & Date Selection

You will be able to select your delivery date at checkout. On the mobile version, please scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the date selection calendar. 

Same Day Deliveries

Monday - Friday: Please place your orders before 9am for deliveries to businesses and 1:30pm for all others.

Saturday: Please place your orders before 10am.

Sunday: We do not deliver on Sundays. However, if your delivery address is in close vicinity to our store, we may be able to deliver for you. Please give us a ring to see if this is possible.

For any delivery specifications, please let us know by writing it down in the note column when you are placing your orders. 

Delivery Address Change

If you need to change the delivery address after having already placed your order, don't worry, we are here to sort it out for you. Simply give us a ring on 09-2621742 / 09-978 9917 / 0800-083 5674, and we will check whether we can change the delivery information at no extra costs for you. However, if our courier has already attempted to deliver the order prior to the address change, then an additional $15NZD cost will apply for the re-delivery.

Please note that your continued use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

Currency and Pricing

All pricing on this website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

Delivery

Matan Florist delivers flowers and gifts all over Auckland. Delivery rates are outlined on this page, and will be quoted within all orders.

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed 

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is a key aspect of our business. If a customer is not happy with their order and can provide proof of what the issue is and common sense prevails that that is not acceptable then we will put it right. We’ll discuss the issue with you and look to provide a suitable outcome. This may include a redeliver of the original or a substitute order. A refund may be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Any gift products requested to be returned must be in a new resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective.

Returns & Refunds

If you feel your Matan Florist flowers (or other gifts) didn’t arrive in the best condition or have not lasted at least 3 days let us know within this time by calling 09-2621742 / 09-978 9917 / 0800-083 5674. Once we’re confident that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happily replace the flowers.

Our Returns & Refund Policy include:

  • Orders can be cancelled, free of charge, if we haven’t yet arranged your flowers or gifts order.
  • Given the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds on cancelled orders that have been picked and arranged or are out for delivery on those perishable products.
  • We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. 
  • If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
  • Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business day of the cancellation.

Consumer Guarantee Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Matan Florist. In the unlikely event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
